Patrick was raised in Brampton and has been loyal community member for many years. He holds a diploma in electronic engineering from Humber College and completed the National Board Certificate Course for Hearing Instrument Specialist in November 1988. Having worked in the hearing aid field nearly all his adult life, he began in the manufacturing sector, gaining diverse experience in both production and sales of hearing instruments. In 1991 he became president of Brampton Hearing Aid Services.

Patrick – president, business owner and devoted clinician - is dedicated to ensuring that all of his patients’ needs are met by consistently going the extra mile. He is committed to providing the best possible service while maintaining a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all.
After obtaining her master’s degree in audiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2003, Jill began her career as an audiologist in chilly Thunder Bay, Ontario. She has been a member of the Brampton Hearing Aid Services team since 2004. Jill completed her doctorate degree in audiology through Salus University in 2009.
A passion for helping people is what motivates Jill to help people hear their best. She will provide a thorough assessment and a total rehabilitation plan utilizing the current evidence-based techniques. Most importantly, she will greet you with a friendly smile and listen to all of your concerns.
Jill is a registered to practice audiology in Ontario by CASLPO (the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario). In addition she is a member of the Canadian Academy of Audiology (CAA) and the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).
Amanda, who was born and raised in Brampton, joined the team at Brampton Hearing Aid in 2012, coming to us from a busy practice in Windsor. She graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist Program at Conestoga College in 2010. She is thrilled to be working with such a good group of highly trained staff, and thoroughly enjoys working in the hearing health care field.
Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Crystal’s career in the hearing health care industry began in 2000, when she joined a team of Audiologists, Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists as an Office Administrator. Crystal’s passion and dedication to providing quality hearing care services were ignited while working closely with the Audiologists.She completed her studies in 2005 as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been working as part of the team at Brampton Hearing Aid Services since 2006.
